for now, today, i'm thankful for all that God has blessed me with; the breath the life, legs that keep me mobile, [relatively] good health that keeps me productive and makes it possible for me to care for my child and go to work every day to help support my family. there's so much to be thankful for and though you don't hear it often in my posts, i am aware of my blessings everyday.
so cheers to this day and everyday that God gives us <3
*hubbs recently taught Luke how to toast on command. yep, our very own trained monkey :/
oh and p.s. in case you've noticed.. my kid is ALWAYS in pj's, ALWAYS! i'm almost embarrassed but honestly, if i could live in pj's i would, too ;) we only dress him in "street clothes" (hehe) if we go out in public. so the daily trips to grandmas' house, yep, in pj's!
I'm a wife to the most kind and loving husband ever, a mother to two of the most beautiful baby boys you'll ever meet (Lucas, DOB 8/29/09 and Logan, DOB 12/20/11), a children's social worker by day and a photographer by night (more like, weekend). I love to bake and only cook because we need to eat. If I relied on my dear hubby to cook for us, we'd be eating bean and cheese burritos or quesadillas for dinner every night! There are so many things that I love, but most importantly, I love being a wife and mother and this is the place where I can document our life, mostly in photographs, today.
Toasting is an extremely valuable skill. Glad Luke knows it already!

ReplyDeleteI shoot in full manual. I switched over from Av mode about 2 months ago, but I felt like I got similar results in that setting too so I'm sure your sil will do great with a little advice from you!
